I have been a Customer since October 2002, when natural gas came into the area in 2013 I cancelled the propane in July 2013. Tank was not emptied until January 2014. Tank is still on property, and rent continues to be billed $130.24 with a late fee of $36.00, was billed a service fee of $232.35 for emptying the tank in January 2014. As of March 25th, 2014 they have turned the bill over to a collections agency, and still have not removed the tank from my property, and have not refunded me for the 200 gallons of fuel removed from the tank.
