Help with vivosun priduct in disabled

look I don't even know if it's an Amazon order or what I need help I've been going to ballast and bulbs like crazy I got you know that charcoal filter. Vented off the lights being sucked off heat being sucked off the light bulb. When the light goes I've been through a grow yet, it's still blowing ballast Blows User's recommendation: Helping or get better products in.
