Hello, I can't get into retrieve my passwords because I do not remember my masterpassword. My email is larah@***.com. I'd appreciate any help. Right away! I have loved using this product but not this part when the main reason for it is to help you get onto website but THEN you can't because you don't have the master password. Please help. Not sure why I have to type in so many words. I tried to click on the link to submit a ticket but unfortunately that didn't work either. Not sure why this isn't working and in theory this ideas sounds great. I'm hoping someone w ill respond to this right away. HELP! HELP! HELP! HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!
