HELP me with device

I charged my battery, (tracker) upon plugging it back in. The location is set and stuck where I left 2 hours ago.not happy about this. It worked fine to start. My Battery has 27 percent . It worked fine with 10 percent . Im paying 44 bucks a month and cant get help. U guys should be able to track my device with me the numbers i provided . Now please help ! I have also re booted
