Help line poor support

Few minutes ago I called 24/7 online banking support as since this morning I am unable to open my mobile banking application. I presented myself and asked if the operator speak English. I was surprised when she answered me that she speak English but support is only in German and to find friend who speak German. This is not what I expect from 21st century customer support. In other countries they even provide interpreters services. Why a bank which should be one of best in Germany provide so bad service. My call was to Sparkasse Ingolstadt to number +[protected] around 6:10-6:15 PM.
