Help Center after an order is cancelled.

The Redbubble Help Center is useless if the order has been cancelled and you need help with the reimbursement process. The system does not recognize cancelled order numbers (a required field) so any of the Help Center submissions fail. Is there a way to contact someone about billing issues? It would be very helpful if the Help Center could be updated to support cancelled orders. The ultimate resolution is to be reimbursed for a charged but cancelled order.
