Help can’t sync to Android
I've added the app to my phone and after pressing the button on my tracker pixel it just sits in the spinning mode trying to sync and does not sync. I've tried just pushing a button once and releasing it would no success and I have also pressed and kept the button depressed and it didn't make a difference what is the problem any help suggestions
