I signed up for 7 day free trial but stopped working after 2. Have sent about 15 customer service emails over the last 4 days and all have been ignored. This service offers 7 days free trial but then does not allow you to cancel. When I try to cancel online it says their website is experiencing difficulties and tells me to send an email to customer service. I'm reporting to consumer protection. User's recommendation: This is a SCAM. I had to cancel my credit card.
