I paid for a voucher in July 2017 for my mother's 60th. Booked helicopter ride for October as she lives in America and only visits a couple of times a year. It was then cancelled due to poor weather. This was understandable. Booked again for her next visit (May this year) and again cancelled because "helicopter fault". Voucher nearly expired. Contacted the team who extended voucher for a short period. 1. There are no available flights in this period 2. My mother isn't visiting in this period. Even if she was there is nothing available to book. Have sent countless emails and Facebook messages to be told basically nothing. A month and a half on no change and now being ignored. Not even an apology even though I asked for one many times. I'm out nearly £500 which they've basically stolen from me. I'm devastated as I'm not wealthy. Will have to take them to small claims court.
