Heavner Furniture, Raleigh, NC – Should Make it Known that Sales Are Final

I purchased several peices of furniture last weekend from Heavner Furniture Market in Raleigh, NC and was unable to return an item that did not fit. The invoice has a faint text on the back that says that all sales are final. Heavner sales people should make this known and very clear before taking your $$. I understand the policy, but most reputable stores will be clear on this type of one way policy. If a store is going to have such a rigid policy, i am of the opinion that it should be made clear. We are accustomed to certain standards as consumers and most of us do not explicitly ask about these details when we make a purchase. I believe that the folks there know that this could be an issue for many sales transactions and they intentionally keep it obscure so that they do not loose sales over it.
