Ok for mortgage servicing but beyond terrible if you have a large insurance claim for damage to your home. Their loss draft department si somewhere between incompetent and crimminal. Have been fighting with them for 6 months to get money to pay contractors. Not their money, mind you. This is money from an insurance settlement. We have called them multiple times only to be given the run-around. Each time its a different story. We have sent in the same information several times because they "don't see it int he file". Even after they had an inspector look at the repairs and he signed off on the work, they have to send the report back to him for clarification.
