Ihave my heating and I have my heating and air-conditioning unit that is out and needs to be repaired I called yesterday evening they said that the computer was down and is there still down I have no appointment its 90 here with 37% humidity and my wife is 74 years old and I am 70 I need this heating and air unit fixed not excuses My number is (615) 308-**** Doyle Lee Boothe
