Heartbreaking handling, no respect for the seller

items listings/pictures incorrect and incomplete, causing sales to be sub par. several sale items were just lost, no one knows where they are nor remembers seeing them. Items poorly (or not) wrapped, identified and sorted to be picked up for shipping. How they ever arrived at their destination is a wonder. Young team were disrespectful to me on several occasions and then lied when i reported the specific incidents. I had done a previous auction about 5 years prior with EBTH and even tho that experience wasn't great, the company's processes and ethics have obviously taken a dive in quality. A shady unsafe feeling throughout. The items i sold were a lifetime of collections and items that had been very well cared for. They were handled as if they were junk, even my most valuable items. I tried to make timely corrections in the listings, but it was a lot of work on my part. The cataloger was not knowledgeable as to how describe or count items and that affected sales in a big way. In general, workers did not try to put best foot forward in representing the items, and cast aside many items as not interested in entering into the sale.
