I have tried all of the usual repair ideas, including the battery and the mini wax ear protectors. Nothing. I was left high and dry in the middle of a meeting. I am so frustrated. This hearing aid cost me $2500 and 15 months into wearing it, (and after much frustration throughout the year, I have nothing. They have sporadically stopped working, usually because something had to be replaced, either the ear wax guard or the battery. The little bubbles they give you to pop over the receivers have come off in my ear and are a pain in the neck to keep on anyway. I am so very dissatisfied. I am taking the hearing aid in for repair, but I suspect that the charge for repair will be too expensive for me to handle. Good thing I did not buy both of them, as was suggested...I would be out $5,000 instead of 2500.
