HealthDesigns Used My EBANX Account Without My Authorization

Update by user Feb 13, 2015 They do not even want to know, ask me to contact Gointerpay, but I paid the purchase from HealthDesigns site, so I think they are responsible for everything comes, that is, they used without my permission the bank account EBANX and charged me 0.73 cents more. If I paid with my card they did not need to use the account in EBANX and charge 0.73 cents more. Recently made purchases and paid with my international credit card, however I was surprised they addition to using my credit card, used, without my prior authorization, the account I have in EBANX for my shoppings with boleto in sites that no accept credit card. Never have authorized this transaction and do not even know how they found out I had an account in that bank, I never gave to them this information. I entered several times contact customer service asking for explanations, but the operator said not see the issue with this transaction. I asked to cancel this procedure with EBANX because I have used the international credit card for this payment, and there is no reason to use it, but they asked me to contact Gointerpay, but why? I did not buy supplements with them but with HealthDesigns. I think this procedure without my prior consent, at least very strange. I asked several times to speak to a supervisor, or finance department but the operator ignore completely my request
