I've repeatedly contacted this company for various inconsistencies in their business practices and failures in their programs. They first told me that parking expenses related to doctor's visits were not reimbursable. Then, they make it nearly impossible to find the selection to submit a claim for parking expenses. Then, they rejected my claims for parking expenses that were clearly related to co-pays they had already paid on. Even with co-pays they first told me I would have to enter each and every copay over the course of the year (about 50) separately. This company should not be in business.
