Headphones broken and you didn’t respond and they are already registered back in 2017 even tho I just purchased them

Bought a pair of Powerbeats 3 wireless headphones for my son for Christmas. They stopped working at the end of February. Drove 2 hours to take them to the Apple store closest to us only to find out the serial Number tracks back to headphones registered in 2017!!! How completely *** of you. Now my son is without the gift I gave him and Im going to be without another $199 as I have to replace them. Ive sent previous emails and this wont be the last you hear from me. Ill be contacting BBB and everything I know to attempt to get my money back. Shame on you. You have nothing but horrible reviews. You should be ashamed. User's recommendation: Buy elsewhere!
