Ordered glass in October 2019, today is February 2nd...STILL NO GLASSES. I was told 3 times, the frame shape measurements were incorrect. In January after my review, Doreen the patient's relations Manager reached out. Apologized and had the store Manager Bob refund me $85 in addition, apply a free screening upon a return visit. The next week Bob was no longer the Manager (employed at that location) however Amy said she would have the corporate office mail it to me. The reason for this 2nd review is solely due to my inability to enjoy an evening out because I am unable at see at night. Had to have my guest from out of town, arrive from a long distance, only to turn right around drive us around Charlotte. Disappointed with my eyesight along with the professionals who are trained and experienced to help but hasn't.
