I cant freakin talk to anyone. Your options when you call are terrible! You need to have an option where you can actually talk to a person to help you troubleshoot!!! Very frustrating! If you are going to have a phone number for customer support, then please do that - SUPPORT the Customer! Shawn M 208-589-****
