Having issues linking my Hilton honors account with my Amazon prime account

I am a Hilton diamond member since 2013. I am extremely frustrated that I have been trying to link my Hilton honors account to my Amazon account and I continue to receive a error message saying there was a problem linking the account. Hilton had sent me a link to access Thor process and I have gotten the same message 4 times. Someone please call me regarding this matter. ASAP Michael Nave 15438****
