Having front door trouble with locjs coming loose and slider locks not fully engagong also terrible bounce in french entrance door.only2 months old and lock came loose 4 times .not happy

At very beginning with installation.being told its ok by Keenan windows but keeps nohncing hard and lock comes loose also strile plate dmgd and handel sharpvedge on handael. keenan told us to call mfg and never gave us warranty.16 windows and doors installed nov 2018
