Haven’t received vehicle

All paperwork and funding was approved 6/7/21. Daily calls an no one can tell us where car is or when trade in will be picked up. Multiple delivery dates have come and gone. Absolutely the most pathetic customer service ever encountered. User's recommendation: Avoid vroom. Don't do business with this scam.
