Haven’t received order not even an email

Placed and purchased some of your product on Feb 8th 2021.. It is now April 20th 2021 and I have yet received my order. Multiple emails have been sent and I'm constantly getting a generated/generic response. Calls have been made in attempt to speak with someone only to my surprise discover the number on your website is no longer a working number which is not ok...Now I do understand that due to covid things are taking a little longer but I also purchased a second item on the same day and that one was received... my order number 6011 Purchase person name Steadman Ridley... Now i really want this item but if its not available or out of stock or any other reason please just refund me the money back to the purchasing card....feel free to call @ (817) 262-****
