I placed an order about 2 weeks ago, it was my first online order and it will definitely be my last!!! 2 weeks later, the tracking status of my order is exactly the same. It's still in jhb and hasn't even been scanned or left for Durban.RTT are honestly the worst courier service, no updates, no feedback and now the stress of whether or not you will actually receive your order and when. We also know that truworths clothing is not cheap, so I don't understand how a massive fashion retail outlet like truworths offers such pathetic delivery service!!
