I contacted GVV because when I got my reservation information I realized they had booked my husband and I on Delta Basic Economy for a flight from Dublin to New York. This meant paying for baggage check ($120) for one bag each as well as being unable to select seats meaning we would most likely be seated apart for the 7 1/2 hr. flight. I was not happy and called. I was told to make a change would require canceling the flight and getting new tickets. New tickets would have been an additional $750.00 each. I just hope this is not a preview of what we will deal with when we get to Ireland. Before you book with these people as more questions than I did. DELTA can you find any more ways to squeeze money from people. Paying for 1st check bag on an international flight???
