I ordered a football and was shipped the incorrect one. I returned it and havent heard anything since. I placed my order in June and it is August. The order number given to me cannot even be found in the system. Ive called multiple their phone number multiple times and it tells me to go online. When I go online the chat doesnt even work. They dont have any options to email anyone or call anyone. I paid hundreds of dollars for it. At this point its feeling like a scam. They say they are partnered with fanatics. I will never buy anything from either of those companies. User's recommendation: Don’t buy anything from them.
