Original review updated by user Nov 30, 2020 . They have blocked me from making any contact either by phone or online even on customer service.. I know it was because I canceled and gave the a scathing rebuke. Since then I haven't been able to log on or contact them. They gave no mention of a refund when they blocked me out. User's recommendation: better customer care service.
