Have to pay to get an answer & have been trying to reach you for days

don't know if you received my order I sent in mid march. All the items I ordered are available in my near by nursery., and I have tried calling more then a dozen times to call always to get a busy signal. Then on line I have to pay to get an answer, never heard of such a thing. I think sending an order thru the mail was the wrong thing to do. I wanted to add more items to my order but if I soon don't make contact I will just buy what I want from my local nursery and refuse the order If you even received one. I entered my E- mail address and never received acknowledgement that you even received my order. What good is it having a million items to sell if you don't make contact with your customers User's recommendation: I would never recommend a friend to try and purchase anything from you.
