Have paid $129. for subscription and am periodically blocked from reading; how can a major co. not know who subscribes and who doesn’t and treat paying customers so poorly? Today had to sign in again

I paid $29. For subscription; friend paid $100. for subscription for me . Please send refund of $100. since I am periodically blocked from reading and I am tired of it. I will stick with the Times. User's recommendation: Maybe find your news with a company who respects its customers.
