Over a month ago I ordered a 6'x4' dry-erase board of which I haven't yet received. Days after I inquire about the status, I get a message that the board is once again on back order. Upon another inquiry, I was told that the board was in transit to their warehouse and that it would immediately be shipped to me. Of course this didn't happen. Last week I sent another inquiry and predictably received an untimely response that it was to be shipped within 24 hours. Now, several days later, the status is still reflecting that the board will be shipped within 24 hours. These guys are clearly misleading paying customers regarding the actual status of the item. I suspect they are having financial issues where they aren't paying their manufacturer and/or have no clue as to supply chain management, or simply don't care about their customer service. I've again tried to reach them via vm and email and have not received any response. This is a huge embarrassment since this order was for one of my clients. Based on their behavior of not responding to customer issues, I'm sure it will be a drawn out process for me to receive a full refund. User's recommendation: I would suggest finding another provider until this firm figures out how to manage their business and treat their customers properly. There are so many well run businesses that value their customers to have to put up with Pegasus poor business practices and possibly loss of payment.
