Have not received the poncho I ordered

I ordered the hooded poncho on 12/15/2017. I paid with my mastercard and received confirmation and a tracking number.(LS396280722CN). When I attempt to track it says that tracking isn't available. What is the deal? When can I expect my purchase? I have tried to contact you @ s******@nativepride.club and cannot get through. I ordered this for my mother for Christmas and I am extremely disappointed, to say the least!! Can you please make this right? I am getting ready to contact authorities here in Texas if I don't hear from you soon or receive my order. I ordered items from numerous other companies and have received them all. Why can't you do this? Is this a scam? Please give this your prompt attention! I won't give you much more time! How long will it take for you to reply to this? Thank You, Matthew Potter
