I ordered this lamp as I was having out-of-town guests and wanted it prior to their arrival. I was told it would arrive prior to their arrival. I received an email saying that it was ready to ship. However it never shipped. And I was told it would ship May 21 22nd and I would receive it May 21 27, something like that. It made no sense. No email saying Im sorry its been held up. Then also I tried the online customer service and that was a fiasco. Finally I found your phone number. The customer service rep who refunded me my money canceled my order was very very good. I will never recommend Houzz. User's recommendation: Received an email saying it was ready for shipping but they never shipped it. Difficult to get a hold of them to resolve an issue. Don’t waste your time.
