Update by user Jul 08, 2019 Magical Alley continues to ignore my request for a reimbursement. Original review posted by user Jun 23, 2019 I ordered two (standard) wands in September. It's June now and I have not yet received my order. I sent multiple follow-up emails to remind them. My last email asked for a refund, but I have not received a reply. I do not recommend this company.
