Have not received my order!

I ordered 4 harnesses on 12-1-20 (ORDER #681566). I have gotten emails from Joyride wondering if I like the harnesses. I contacted Joyride today (1-8-21) via chat, because you can't reach anyone by phone, and I was told the harnesses have not been shipped yet. I've heard great things about the harnesses, but I wouldn't know from personal experience, BEACAUSE I DON'T HAVE MINE YET!! User's recommendation: Be prepared to wait!
