I just dont understand why you are set up to receive the return but cant just exchange for a different size. I would either have to order and pay for it again or wait the 30 days, which is insane, to wait for the refund then reorder. Doesnt seem very customer friendly. Ive never worked w a co that does not do that. Just get the exchange and then send the new correct size. Thats my two cents. Thanks for listening. User's recommendation: To let them send in the exchange and once you get it send them their new requested size.
