I purchased a ring from Christian Henriks October 21. A month later I still haven't received it. I messaged them about how I have not received my purchase November 25. I got a response back a week later, December 4. They apologized for the inconvenience and that they had a high volume of emails and orders. They also explained that it would take 2-10 weeks to arrive. Now, December 21, two months since I made my purchase and I still have not received my item. I understand high volumes of emails and orders, but two months is overkill. But, I want my item, so I will wait. If I do not receive my item within 10 weeks from their response, I will complain again.
