Have not received gift card

Update by user Jan 25, 2021 Finally did receive the gift card a week or more after Christmas . Absolutely No response from Michaels at all. Original review updated by user Dec 31, 2020 Ordered a gift card on 12/11/20 and have yet to receive it or any correspondence telling me why or where it might be. I called customer service today was hung up on the first time and left on hold for 30 minutes when I called back asking for a supervisor. The first lady stated that the order wasn't even put through until 12/17 and would take 10-14 days to get to me. I stated that this was not my problem as the conformation stated that it would be up to 3 days to process and 5-10 days for the order to arrive. Even at this I should have received it 2 days ago. Confirmation# MKP0AA77 I must say your customer service leaves quite a bit to be desired. Finally received the gift card yesterday, so 19 days t get a gift card, absolutely ridiculous..
