Have not received an item I ordered on Nov.28.

Still waiting for the item I ordered on Nov.28. Called Customer Service and they said UPS turned my item over to USPS which does not have a good tracking system. None the less I still dont have my package snd have no way of tracking it. Initially pottery barn said said my item was delivered when it wasnt. Frustrating and will never order through Pottery Barn. I assumed your delivery system would be much like Amazon which assumed wrong. User's recommendation: No recommendations for ordered I g in line.
