Have not received a part i ordered.
I purchase the Harbor breeze Merrimack II ceiling fan in June and the globe inside what shattered. I called customer service on June 23, 2020 placed my order for the replacement part and the customer service agent said my order would be delivered within 7-10 business days. When I didnt receive my order I called a week later to check the status. I was then told that by the agent that the order was never even sent to be fulfilled and that he was going to escalate the order. I still have yet to receive the glass globe to my ceiling fan. I need to have this issue resolved quickly. This should not have even been an issue. Just replace the part. User's recommendation: Be warned customer service department isn’t very helpful.
