Terrible customer service they have had my Gucci watch for almost 9 months now - they returned it after 4 months but it didnt work - it did work when I sent it - I pulled the winder out but it was still working - theres no customer service and they have my watch still Total crap company ! Do not use them User's recommendation: Do not use.
