Have had nothing but trouble since ordering a car part on this site. From the onset the guy was friendly and happy to take my money, when the money was safely in his account the customer service stopped, I was given 2 different tracking numbers for my car part, both of which were false (phoned to check with courier) Continued to insist they were legit, even after telling him I had been in touch with courier. After 1 week he said part was posted out to wrong address, then came the wait (still waiting) for refund... Ignoring 90% of calls, the times I do get to speak he is ''out on a delivery'' call back or will pass on to my ''admin department'' for refund in 3 days (still waiting over a week later) I Checked out reviews from other customers and have found the same thing has happened to others. I have been in touch with the relevant authorities and am now finding every review site going to let everyone know not to bother. VERY UNIMPRESSED. I just wish I had done my usual and checked more carefully before buying but was in a hurry!
