Have emailed and called them over a week and no andwer

I ordered 3 items from them and 3 weeks, later I received 2 but not my last item. Waited for a week for the item to come. Got a notice that it was on it's way. No such thing. I'm still waiting going on 6 weeks. User's recommendation: No boy anything from them.
