Unable to contact anyone, i need to return a parcel via Hermes but cannot contact them. i cannot take said parcel to local collection point due to being in isolation since March. Can someone please contact Hermes to arrange collection my phone number is 0127477**** and my post code is BD8 ED. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE PLEASE HELP
