We contacted Scott the warranty rep for this area and was NOT satisfied with his answers to our problem . A crack has aprox 8 feet long has develpoed in small family bathroom. Has to be as result of slab crack in foundation. He indicated it was our problem not DW'S. I would like to speak to someone higher in chain of command . Call me at 843 670 ****.
