Have 3 phone numbers, two on invoice, and one on the internet and NONE OF THEM ARE WORKING NUMBERS.

Update by user May 08, 2019 It's been almost 3 months now and still no refund. Complained to BBB and haven't heard from them yet as to the status on their end. The Wig Company also keep enclosing their fliers and catalogs with others to my address. If they aren't in business or are "regrouping" like they said in their email, then why are they still "selling" products? They are a sham. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. $132 is a lot of money to me. Update by user Apr 24, 2019 MONEY STILL NOT REFUNDED. Reported this company to the BBB and filled out complaint form. Still can't get thru to The Wig Company. They emailed saying they are "coming back, better than ever". But in meantime, STILL sending catalogs and fliers in mail and thru magazines. I believe they've left town, so to speak, with everyone's money. Original review posted by user Mar 25, 2019 I ordered a wig from this company and the invoice listed 2 different phone numbers. The invoice also stated that I would receive my wig in 7 - 10 business days. It's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received merchandise. I can't call them and sent them an email today about why NONE of their phone numbers work. They took $132. of my money.
