Had a high end pair Made for my dad. For 3 years he hated them more every day. Hated the hearing aids because they wouldn't Fit right or help him hear. He eventually refused to wear them. Many appointments set up to adjust the failure of the design. When he passed away the company denied to carry through on two points of the agreement that were selling points that were the reason for the decision to choose their product in the first place. Nothing but a scam. Would never recommend them to anyone. User's recommendation: Don't walk... RUN as fast as you can.
