HATE THE “UPDATED” WEBSITE!!

I am seriously considering moving off the grid so that I do NOT have to use the new website again...I think it would be far easier to live WITHOUT ELECTRICITY! I pay 5 accounts each month. It took me one hour on the phone, with endless dead-end prompts, to get one of them registered. One other account was on bill-averaging; I was not getting sufficient information on what the ACTUAL bill was, so I called. After SO LONG ON HOLD, I became frustrated and cancelled that feature!
