Hate hate hate

Took me three weeks to get my account activated after the switch from Wells Fargo. I've lost track of how many phone calls I made and how many people I talked to and how many *** password changes I had to make during that time. I'm still changing passwords because one of the service people said there was a problem with the program in that it dropped the first or last or middle letter from the password, but they were working it. Riiiiight. I've just spent close to an hour being bounced around customer service, trying to fix something that isn't even my responsibility to fix. Several calls before I got my checks. AND I STILL CAN'T GET INTO MY ACCOUNT without a major hassle and usually a password change. I swear nobody at Flagstar knows a thing and couldn't care less about customer service. This can't go on. It's my money and I should be able to check my account online any damn time I want.
