I have had an Amex card a long time and have used it for travel. I pay my card fully every month. I have never had a call challenged without reason before. Over the last three days Fraud Control has challenged a trip I am planning almost unceasingly. I initially told them the total charge would be around $21,000 in smaller increments. Fraud has challenged at $10,000, $7,500 and at $4,576. This has got to stop. Look at my history of charges. I am embarrassed and so is my travel provider. I would appreciate you taking care of this ASAP so that I may continue to be an Amex fan!
