Harvard comit fraud with their costumers

I have a pack of four courses from Harvard Business School Publishing that was valid until April 2nd. Nevertheless, the school cancelled my courses one day earlier. This was not the first time that the school commited a mistake, but previously the costumers support fixed it. They made a new mistake and don't want to fix again. They love to show their reputation, to consider themselves as superiors, but in fact they make a lot of mistakes and then treat theirs clients like sh#it User's recommendation: Be careful with its online products, because they don't deliver what they promise.
